I bought a water softener system from Ross 1 year ago for a new home I built. I stopped hearing the scheduled backwashing cycle from it and was able to call Ross on a weekend so he could walk me through how to troubleshoot the issue which ended up being a simple problem with the time which probably got disturbed due to a power outage. I would recommend his business and his equipment any time.
His service is excellent. He is extremely helpful honest expert at this stuff. Much appreciated.
Six years have passed since Pure Water Solutions installed our Arsenic Filtration Tank. Prior to the installation, levels were above EPA recommended limits. With routine testing, this system has proven to be extremely dependable, and given us incredible peace of mind!
We’ve found Ross to be responsive, informative and supportive when called upon. We look forward to another 6 to 8 years of clean water, before the arsenic removing media will need replacing. Overall the system is efficient and economical, similar to a water softening system. We highly recommend Ross and Pure Water Solutions for your home filtration system.
I have lived on my property for 32 years and had wonderful, plentiful water. Three years ago I got arsenic poisoning and had to start having water delivered to my holding tank while I searched for a well and pump company that would give me a guarantee and good warranty.
None would stand by their systems until I found Ross at Pure Water Solutions. My arsenic level is .68 but that didn’t scare Ross off. He kept reminding me that if his system couldn’t get rid of the arsenic I would get my money back plus have a 15 year warranty on the system. So I went for it.
My arsenic level is now .001 and I have wonderful clean water again. Ross stays in contact me and if I have questions or a problem he is right there with the answers. It’s nice to have someone as knowledgeable as Ross in my corner!
